Put 2 cups of Daliya in a cooker and fry till whitish.
|

|
Add 3 Cups of water and close cooker. Cook till 5 whistles on medium flame. (TIP: If cooker doesn't build pressure on medium flame, put on high, wait for 1 whistle and then leave on medium flame)

|
Put cooker in cold running water
|
|
|
Put daliya in air tight container in fridge.

Take out daliya, add milk and heat in microwave, then add sugar to taste (Can add grated Badaam to daliya)
