1 fry onion and garlic i n oil until light brown.
2. stir in meat until brown.
3. add herbs, tomato paste, water and pepper. Simmer meat sauce for at least 30minutes.
4. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with salt for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Drain, place on plates
5.Pour mince mixture on the spaghetti, sprinkle with cheese and EAT
