     Sprouted Moong Dal

Ingredients
2 Cups of Moong (soaked overnight)
1 Spoon butter or Desi Ghee
1 Teaspoon Jeera
1 Teaspoon Rai
1 Teaspoon Kastorri Methi
Salt to Taste
1-3 Green Chili (optional)
1/4 Onion chopped (optional)
Lemon drops (for garnishing)
 

Instructions
Put moong in channi and rinse
Add 1 spoon butter or desi ghee and put in pressure cooker (without lid)
Add Jeera + Heeng + Rai and wait till oil starts boiling. Add moong dal and mix. Add salt according to taste
Add water till it reaches moong dal level in cooker. Close cooker and wait for 5 whistles (on medium heat)
Serving Suggestions
Add Green Chili + chopped onion + Lemon to garnish
