     Healthy Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/3 c old fashioned oats
1 container dannon light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, smashed with a fork
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or medium mason jar. Leave in fridge overnight. Serve in the morning!
