Juice lemons and de-seed.

Rub chicken breasts with black pepper and pinch of salt; place in baking dish. Pour some lemon juice and onion slices over chicken; sprinkle on more pepper. Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes, turning occasionally.

While chicken is baking, place remaining lemon juice and onion slices in a saucepan (pref. nonstick) and thicken. You can also take some liquid from the chicken when it is almost cooked and add it to this sauce.

|
Chicken is cooked when white; to serve, place chicken on plate and spoon sauce over it.
