     No Flour Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 apple cut up (peel if you want)
1 tsp cinnamon
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients. Mix and add into muffin tins. Makes 6 large or 12 small. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes depending on muffin size.
