Ingredients
reserved pan drippings
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/3 cup water
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp browning and seasoning sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Skim fat from drippings. Add water to drippings to measure 3 cups. Stir together flour and 1/3 c. water in a large saucepan. Whisk in drippings, broth, and next 3 ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened.
