4 large potatoes

1 green pepper, diced (or red, yellow, orange)

1/2 can crushed tomatoes

1 cup water

1/2 cup chopped olives

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions |

|
1. In large skillet, cook peppers until tender. Add
all ingredients.

2. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered, stirring
occasionally, 20 minutes or until tender.

3.Let stand 5 minutes to allow liquids to absorb
|
