     Chicken Parisian

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsifted flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 skinned boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons Wyler's or Steero Chicken-Flavour instant bouillon or 2 chicken-flavour bouillon cubes
 
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves

Instructions
In plastic bag, combine flour, paprika and pepper.
Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat.
In skillet, brown chicken in margarine; remove from pan. In same skillet, add remaining ingredients; simmer 3 minutes.
Add chick; simmer covered 20 minutes or until tender.
