     Scallop Potatoes

Ingredients
5 to 6 medium potatoes, skinned
shredded cheddar
small can evap milk
1 tbsp flour
6 to 7 tbsp margarine
 

Instructions
Slice potatoes into small thing wafer slices. Cook just till tender in boiling water. Drain. Place half of potatoes in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese till all potatoes are covered. Dot with tbsp of butter (3-4). Pour 1/2 of milk mixed with flour over potatoes and cheese. Then layer again.Potatoes, cheese butter and milk. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
