Bake tenderloin at 450 degrees for 30 minutes till browned.
Transfer to deep dish. Pour sauce over. Bake 300 degrees for two
hours or till done, basting occasionally. For sauce- In saucepan,
simmer for 5 minutes, sugar, vinegar, water, green pepper, and
salt. Mix cornstarch and 1 tbsp water and add to vinegar mixture
cooking till thickened. Strain and add parsley.
