     CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 bay leaf
2 T. “Better Than Boullion” chicken base
4 grated carrots
1/3 bag Manischewitz fine egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
 

Instructions
Put whole chicken into a large pot. Cover with water. Add bay leaf, bullion, onion, celery, and carrots. Bring to boil and simmer 2-4 hours. Remove chicken and debone. Put ˝ of the chicken into the soup. (Reserve remaining half for another meal.) add salt and pepper. Add noodles and cook for package time… and serve and enjoy.
