     White Chocolate Macademia Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup chopped macademia nuts
6 oz. white chocolate chunks
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy
Gradually add flour. Add in nuts and choclate and stir.
Bake 17 mins
