Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add water to the juice to measure 2 ½ cups. Pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Add to gelatin mixes in a large bowl. Stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in drained pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with cool whip.
