Instructions |
|
|
Saute` garlic and onions in a bit of olive oil in the bottom of a large soup pot.
Saute` mushrooms in some wine in a small side pan.
|
|
|
Add peeled tomatoes; crush with wooden spoon. Add all other ingredients and cook until thickened and wine has evaporated.
|
|
|
Serve with a long but substantial pasta, like pappardelle.
|
