Ingredients
1 cup of Arhar or Kali dal
Pinch of Turmeric
Salt to taste
Ghee
Pinch of Heeng
Pinch of Jeera
1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi
1/2 onion (optional)
1/2 tomato (optional)
 
3 Cloves of garlic (optional)

Instructions
Put dal in cooker with water + haldi + salt. For Arhar, 3 -4 whistles on medium flame For Kali dal -5 whistles on medium flame
Chownk) In frying pan + add ghee + heeng + jeera + kasoori methi + (optional pyaj + tamatar + garlic (optional))
TIP: Add pyaj + tamatar + adrak + salt + little haldi to rajma /chole/kale chane and ghee and put on whistle TIP: When u want to add water to existing stuff boil water first and then add. Don't add cold water NOTE : Rajmah, Chole, Kala Chana = Soak on Friday (while boiling add pinch of baking soda)
