Take 1 cup of besan + 1 1/2 spoon ghee/oil + salt and mix in water (semi liquid) and mix
|

|
Add plenty of oil in tawa and put pieces of above mixture and fry and take out and keep separately
|
|
|
Use dahi (3 daru) and besan (1 1/2) powder + big 1 1/2 mug water and make a watery mix.
Add salt to taste + haldi
Rinse oil from vessel
|
|
|
1 small teaspoon of oil +heeng + jeera + methi + rai
Add to solution in step 3 and keep mixing and don’t allow it to separate
