     Palak and Pigeon Pea

Ingredients
2 Packet Palak (cut in small pieces)
1 katori pigeon peas
1 daru Oil
Pinch of Heeng
Pinch of Jeera
Salt to Taste
 

Instructions
Add 1 daroo oil + pinch of heeng + jeera + palak and put lid on pan
When palak starts softening add salt
Add Pigeon Peas
Cook on slow-high and keeps stirring until palak starts leaving Oil
Serving Suggestions
You can add slices of onion and tomato with heeng also
