     Nutrela Gits (Soybean Chunks)

Ingredients
20 Nutrela chunks
1/2 Potato (Small sized)
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 tomato sliced
4-5 cloves of garlic
Little Ginger
Pinch of Turmeric
1 teaspoon Dhaniya
1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
 

Instructions
Take badiya of N.Gits (at least 20) and soak in water. Take 1/2 small aloo and cut in badi sized pieces
In 1 Daru Oil, add onion till golden brown. Add Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger and stir a little. Add salt to taste
Take 1 tsp tomato paste and mix in water. Add pinch of haldi, 1 tsp dhaniya, 1/4th tsp to tomato paste. If above mixture is thick then add water to make it semi-liquid. Add above mixture to the the pan.
Stir and put lid on medium heat After 2-3 min, add Nuggest + Aloo to the pan and mix Add 1 Cup water Add cooker lid and wait for 3 whistles
Serving Suggestions
For Nutrela Korma, add 1 thermos cup matar instead of Alu
