     Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cups low fat milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
Instructions
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and cook, stirring for 1 minute.
Whisk in milk, cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil while whisking; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Serve over fettuccini or pasta of choice.
