     Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients
1 (32oz.) container low sodium chicken broth
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can low sodium chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (10.2 oz.)can refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits
 

Instructions
Stir together first 5 ingredients in large pot over medium-high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Place biscuits on lightly floured surface. Roll or pat each biscuit into 1/8 inch thickness; cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. (I buy a roll of 8 biscuits and use 6 in the recipe)
Return broth to a low boil. Drop strips, one at a time into boiling broth. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplings from sticking. Use spoons to push dumplings down into the broth.
Serving Suggestions
You can add a can of carrots for some color and a serving of veggies.
