     Hash Brown Casserole (Terry Labonte Potatoes)

Ingredients
1 (32oz.) package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
corn flakes, crushed
 

Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients and place in greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Melt butter and combine with crushed cornflakes. Spread cornflakes over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes; covered. Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered or until topping is browned.
