Mix first 5 ingredients and place in greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole.
Melt butter and combine with crushed cornflakes.
Spread cornflakes over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes; covered.
Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered or until topping is browned.
