1 pouch sugar cookie mix
|
|
1 box french vanilla instant pudding
|
|
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
|
|
1/2 cup butter melted
|
|
2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
|
|
2 whole eggs
|
|
2 8oz cream cheese, soft
|
|
1/2 cup sour cream
|
|
1/2 cup sugar
|
|
|
|
3 egg yolks
|
|
2/3 cups toffee bits
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9 pan.
|
|
|
Stir cookie mix, pudding mix, brown sugar, butter, 1 teaspoon, 1 whole egg until soft dough is formed. Press on bottom of pan.

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar until smooth. Add a whole egg and 3 egg yolks and vanilla, beat until smooth. Spread into pan.

|
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Immeditely sprinkle toffee. Cool 30 mins. Refigerate 3 hours.
