Spread 2 cups of brownie mix into a greased 13x9 pan.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter,sugar, flour and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over brownies. Top with remaining brownie batter. Cut through with knife.
Bake 350 for 28- 32 minutes. Cool and frost
