3 to 4 tblsp crushed semi-sweet or milk choc. bits
(can add more or less choc. depending on taste)
Instructions
Combine baking powder, flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and mix well. Stir in butter. Stir in half and half and eggs. Knead on a lightly floured surface several times.
Shape into a ball. Pat 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured surface; cut into 21/1 to 3 in rounds. Arrange on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Suggestions
Serve warm plain or with butter and jam. For less dry scones, add more butter and half and half.
