Combine first 5 ingredients and mix. Put in a 9x11 casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and put on potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Note- If you cook potatoes in microwave, make sure to pierce skin with fork and wrap in plastic wrap. Microwave for about 5 minutes or until soft. Bigger potatoes will take longer.
