     Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1-3/4 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped broccoli
1-3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 cup shredded american cheese
dash of pepper
 
Instructions
In medium saucepan combine chicken broth and broccoli; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.
Combine milk, flour and pepper. Stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
