Place Oreos in food processor & pulse until roughly chopped
Add cream cheese until completely combined
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Roll into bite size balls and place into freezer until firm
Melt chocolate (either stove top or microwave) stirring
continuously.
Dip balls and place back on foil/paper.
Return back to refrigerator to set.
Alternative- melting chocolate, placing in ziplock bags, cutting
corner and drizzling over as desired.
