1/3 cup butter

4 tablespoons minced garlic

1/3-1/2 yellow onion finely chopped OR

6 green onions sliced

1/4 dry white wine

S&P to taste

Splash of lime juice

Instructions |

|
Devein and rinse shrimp, set aside.
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
Cook garlic and onions, cook until softened.

Add shrimp, wine and lemon juice , tossing until pink on both
sides.
Garnish with parsley.
