|
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
Puree the sweet potato in a food processor until smooth.

Add in all the other ingredients and mix until very smooth and creamy.
|
|
|
Transfer the batter into a greased 8x8 or 6x11 baking dish.
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for 35-40 min. Check for doneness. If not done continue baking in 5 min increments until done.
