Preheat oven to 375 and prep cookie sheet or pizza pan by covering it with parchment paper. Brush with coconut oil.
Lightly beat eggs, milk and garlic in a bowl until smooth. Mix wet and dry ingredients and whisk well until it thickens up. Spread the batter into the prepped pan.
Bake for 20 min. Remove and flip crust over.
Add you toppings and place back into broiler for approx. 10 min.
