     Paleo Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Almond Flour
2 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Sea Salt
2 Very Ripe Bananas (mashed)
2 Eggs
 
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 C Chopped nuts (more for topping)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put muffin cups in muffin tin and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together almond flour, flaxseed, cinnamon, baking sode, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. In a seperate bowl, add the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, vanilla, and olive oil. Make a small well in the dry ingredients, and add the wet to the dry. Add in chopped nuts. Stir until combined.
Fill the baking cups about 3/4 full. Bake muffins for 21-23 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
