Mix graham cracker crumbs and soft butter. Reserve 1/3 cup. Press remainder in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. In mixer bowl, combine dry milk, orange juice and egg white. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Add lemon juice and beat 3 minute more. Blend in sugar on low speed for ½ minute. Fold in pineapple.
Pour into pan; sprinkle with crumb mixture. Freeze 8 hours.
