Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat. Add taco seasoning and salsa to meat. Mix cream corn and jiffy muffin mix. (you can put whatever corn is left on the meat. Transfer meat to a 13x9 pan and spread jiffy mix on top. Sprinkle olives on top. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
