1 c. seedless green grapes, rinsed and cut in half if too big
1 c. seedless purple grapes, rinsed and cut in half if too big
1 c. diced peaches (fresh if in season, otherwise use canned)
1 c. red delicious apples, peeled & diced (washed)
1 c. golden delicious apples, peeled & diced (washed)
2 med. Bananas, cut in ¼ “ slices
2 (8-oz) containers of orange yogurt
(pineapple or lemon may be used)
Instructions
In a large bowl assemble all ingredients. Gently mix. Chill at least one hour before serving. Reserve pineapple juice for another purpose like in Jell-O, frostings, or added to orange juice. Serve with sandwiches for a main meal, or as a light dessert.
