Take liver pieces add 2 cups of water and put in pressure cooker for 4 whistles.

Take 2 daroo oil in a frying pan. After oil heats, add onion and garlic to the pan.
Take dhaniya powder and haldi in a bowl add 1/2 daroo tomato puree and little water to make a thin liquidy mixture.
Add 1 heaped tsp salt to the mixture.

Meanwhile, drain Kaleji from the cooker and save the soup (This served with squeezed lemon and salt becomes Kaleji soup)

|
When onions are golden brown, add the above mixture to the pan and stir a little.
Once the mixture starts bubbling add kaleji pieces to it. You can add 1 tsp garam masala also at this step.
