     Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
5 lbs of Beef Short Ribs (1 lb per person)
5 cups of Soy Sauce
5 cups of Water
2 cups of Sugar
2 tablespoons of grinded garlic
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 cup of Mirin Sauce (found at T&T, H-Mart)
1/2 cup of Apple Juice or one juice box
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
 

Instructions
Wash the meat in hot water and drain
Place the meat into a bowl, and mix all ingredients (except sesame oil).
Next, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and mix thoroughly by hand and let the meat marinate for atleast 3 hours before griling.
For best results, marinate the meat over night.
Serving Suggestions
Typically served with white rice, Korean Kimchee, and lots of alcohol.
