     Chocolate Tiramisu Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 package (about 18 oz) chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
3 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
2 tablespoons brandy (optional)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
 
2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 30 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. 2) Beat cake mix, water, eggs, butter, espresso powder and brandy in large bowl with electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3) Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
4) Beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar in large bowl at medium speed until well blended. Add liqueur, if desired; beat until well blended. If frosting is too soft, beat in additional powdered sugar or chill until desired spreading consistency is reached.
5) Frost cupcakes; sprinkle with cocoa. Store at room temperature up to 24 hours or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
