     Decadent Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
20 mini chocolate peanut butter cups
 
Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 20 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2) Heat butter and chocolate in large saucepan over very low heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
3) Gradually stir sugar into chocolate mix until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour and salt; stir into chocolate mix until well blended. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups. Place 1 peanut butter cup in center of each cup.
3) Bake 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Serve warm or remove to wire rack; cool completely.
