1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 24 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.

2) Beat cake mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl low speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.

|
|
3) Cut cookie dough into 24 pieces; roll each into a ball. Place one ball of dough in each muffin cup, pressing it into the bottom.

|
|
4) Bake 19 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Let stand for 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with morsels.
