2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
1) Bring cream and butter to a simmer in small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
2) Place chocolate in food processor. With processesor running, slowly add hot cream mix through feed tube; process 4 minutes or until smooth and thickened. Stir in coffee liqueur and vanilla. Transfer to small bowl; cover and let stand 3 to 4 hors or until desired spreading consistancy is reached.
