1 package (about 18 oz.) chocolate cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
|

2 tablespoons mint extract
|
| |
1 container (16 oz) white frosting
|
| |
Green and white sprinkles, green decorating sugar or shamrock candy decors

Instructions |

|
|
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 60 mini (1 3/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.

2) Prepare cake mix according to package directions; stir in mint extract. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
|
|
|
|
3) Bake 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.

|
5) Frost cupcakes; top with sprinkles, decorating sugar or candy decors.
