|
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 12 standard (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2) Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3) Bake 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.

4) Using sharp knife, cut gummy fish in half lengthwise to create two thinner fish. Cut tails off each fish; reserve tails.

5) Frost cupcakes. Arrange 12 gummy fish halves, cut sides facing you, in two rows on one side of each cupcake, pressing cut ends of fish into cupcake.

|
6) Place remaining frosting in piping bag fitted with large round tip, or resealable plastic food storage bag with 1-inch corner cut off. Pipe 1 1/2-inch mound of frosting on opposite side of each cupcake to create head. Pipe eyes with decorating icing; place mini chocolate chip in center of each eye. Use reserved gummy fish tails to create beaks.
