     Triple Chocolate PB Minis

Ingredients
2 packages (about 4 1/2 oz. each) chocolate peanut butter cups, chopped
1 package (about 18 oz.) chocolate fudge cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Refrigerate candy ahead of time to make chopping easier.
 

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 60 mini (1 3/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2) Prepare cake mix according to package directions; stir in 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
3) Bake 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
4) Bring cream to a simmer in small saucepan over medium heat. Place chocolate chips in medium heatproof bowl. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips; let stand 2 minutes. Whisk mix until chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Dip tops of cupcakes in chocolate mix; return to wire racks. Let stand 10 minutes; dip tops again, if desired. Sprinkle with remaining peanut butter cups. Let stand until set.
