Ingredients
192g self-raising flour
160g all-purpose flour
1 block of unsalted butter
256g sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
240ml milk (1 cup milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Combine flour, set aside
Cream butter until smooth
Add sugar gradually & beat until fluffy about 3mins.
Add egg, one at a time & whisk into the mixer Add dried ingredients in 3 partss, alternating milk & vanilla Icing is optional
