Add water to saucepan and stock powder, bring to boil.
Chop and peel pumpkin. Place pumpkin in water and boil on
med heat until tender and squishy.
Using Bamix or similar blender puree pumpkin until no lumps.
Add cracked pepper to taste.
Serving
Suggestions
Add sour cream and chives if desired
