Preheat oven to 180
Put 2 tablespoons butter in 8 inch cake tin in oven to melt, then
coat the sides on the tin.
Sprinkle 50g brown sugar into tine and add the sliced fruit.

Cream butter and sugar together 3 minutes. Add the egg and beat
for 1 minute. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat on low
speed whilst adding the yogurt and lemon zest.

|
Spoon over the fruit. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
|
|
|
Let cake rest for 10 minutes before turning out.
