     Easter Pie Filling

Ingredients
2 dozen hard boiled eggs
2 1/2 pounds of pepperoni, sliced thin
1 3/4 dozen raw eggs
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
Dash of salt
Pinch of pepper
Crisco
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.
Grease pans. Roll dough thin ( double the size of the pie pan) and spread a little Crisco on the bottom of the crust and fill.
Pull dough over the top of the filling. Pinch sides closed.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife placed in center comes out clean. Rub top with raw eggs or milk while hot.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm or cold.
