Preheat oven to 375°
In a stand mixer cream together butter, pudding mix and both sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Turn mixer to low and slowly add in flour, baking soda, salt and oats.
Stir until combined.
Stir in chopped candy.
Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
