     Strawberry Custard Cake

Ingredients
1/2 lb strawberries
4 large eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp cinnamon
 
pinch of salt
confectioners' sugar

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 Coat shallow baking dish with baking spray. Hull and slice 1/2 lb strawberries. Arrange in dish
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth, 2 minutes. Stir in milk, whole wheat and all-purpose flour. vanilla extract, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over berries and bake until puffed, set, and golden, 40 minutes.
Cool and dust with confectioners' sugar.
